我必須為這家酒店送上最真誠的五星好評！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，禮賓管家慧敏就讓人倍感舒心。並且提前一天就聯繫了我對房間的備註要求，前台員工小王熱情專業，辦理入住高效迅速，管家慧敏還主動幫我們提行李並詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施。客房服務響應極其及時，無論需要什麼，一個電話就能快速解決，員工態度始終親切友好。酒店的設施更是令人驚喜！室內恆温泳池水質清澈，環境優雅，是放鬆身心的絕佳去處。健身房的設備嶄新且齊全，完全滿足了我的日常鍛鍊需求。餐廳不僅早餐品種豐富美味，晚餐也頗具水準，服務同樣周到細緻。感謝大堂副理楊大熊為我們安排的房間以及重慶特色的歡迎小吃，下次一定會再次來的！

房間蠻大的，離解放碑和周邊景點都很近。早中餐可以吃到下午1點半，太適合我了。服務員趙傳芳很周到，下次來重慶再來住～

房間很大，很安靜，入住前有管家小冰提前微信聯繫，有什麼需求也都可以及時反饋，到酒店後由小李帶領上樓，前台小田也細心，服務滿滿，酒店離解放碑，八一好吃街都很近，步行幾分鐘就能吃到美食，很方便，後期來重慶還會考慮國貿格蘭維入住
